Case: Instant sending of newsletters from Kommo CRM

Our client, TheRenaissanceChild, asked us to set up instant email sending.

The company provides educational services for children, and a typical use case looks like this:
1. A parent calls the office to find out what classes are available and suitable for their child.
2. The manager notes in the CRM what activities the parent was interested in,
3. After the meeting, the manager sends the parent a letter with a detailed description of the courses.
The company does not want to send emails from Kommo: it needs a customized design, as well as automatic addition of the parent to the thematic mailing list.
Sending emails takes quite a bit of time because after talking to the parent, the manager has to go to Mailchimp and manually add the parent's email to the mailing lists for the classes they are interested in.

Solution: Add a button to the Kommo quick access toolbar that adds the parent email to the Mailchimp newsletters that the manager has marked in the Kommo deal. The use case now looks like this:
1. The parent calls the office
2. The manager notes in the CRM which activities the parent is interested in and clicks the send button
3. During the conversation, the parent receives letters with detailed descriptions of the activities that interest him/her.
As a result, the company manager not only saves time, but can also make sure that the letters are delivered and the parent receives information about all the activities that interest him.

This is what it looks like:
