Full Implementation Cycle

Business process analysis. We start by mapping the “as-is” state: how leads are generated, what path a deal takes, where clients are lost. We document the pipeline and describe the “to-be” state. Without this step, automation simply reinforces a broken process.

CRM configuration. We configure the system to match your process: pipelines, stages, custom fields, access rights, document templates, lead sources, and SLAs.

Data migration. When switching from another system, we transfer contacts, deals, activity history, and associations. We have handled migrations from Bitrix24 → Kommo, Copper → Kommo, Salesforce → Kommo, HubSpot → Kommo, and in reverse.

Automation. Configuration of trigger scenarios, follow-up tasks, salesbots, and AI assistants inside the pipeline. We reduce manual work and shorten the deal cycle.

Third-party service integrations. We connect IP telephony, messengers, email platforms, payment systems, document signing services, and BI tools. If there is no native connector or it doesn’t cover the need — we build a custom one.

Custom development. When standard tooling isn’t enough — we develop widgets, event handlers, microservices, and queues. More detail on the integrations and development page.

Training and Support

We provide team training: individual and group sessions, step-by-step instructions, and onboarding support. We work in both Russian and English.

After launch — monitoring, refinements, and support for new processes as the business grows.
