Case study: Kommo CRM integration with logistics service GetCircuit

Our client, logistics company 2106 Transport, streamlined route and stop creation as well as pickup and delivery status monitoring for orders.

This is only the first phase of building the system: creating a stop in GetCircuit from a deal in Kommo + updating stop statuses in Kommo from GetCircuit.

Workflow

  1. A dispatcher creates a route in Kommo and sends it to GetCircuit with a single click.

  2. If orders were already linked to the route in Kommo, they are immediately created in GetCircuit. Each order creates 2 stops in the route: a pickup and a delivery. Orders can also be added in Kommo later and quickly sent to the appropriate route.

  3. When a delivery status changes, Kommo is updated: the deal status changes, a tracking link is added, and other data is populated.
