But if it is on an outdated WordPress, a bloated page builder, or an unsupported platform that breaks constantly and costs more to patch than to replace, the honest advice is not to keep patching - but to do a migration to a modern platform. What is included in website support?

Do you support sites you did not build?

Yes. We take on maintenance for sites built by other developers - on clean code, Next.js, Headless CMS, as well as WordPress and site builders. We start with a short audit: we review the stack, access credentials, code quality, and hosting, then propose a support format.

How fast do you respond to issues?

Critical incidents (site down, lead form broken, payment issue) are handled within a few hours during business hours. Planned fixes and updates are delivered on agreed timelines. You communicate directly with the engineer - no call centers or ticket queues.

Can I order a one-off task without a retainer?

Yes. If you do not need ongoing support, we take individual tasks: custom development, speed optimization, hosting migration, integrations. We work hourly at 25 EUR/hour or fix a quote for a specific task after a brief.
